Sponsored MMA-Pro Aaron Fetz 3rd Assessment
Completed Aaron’s third assessment leading up to his October 3rd fight. Here’s how his conditioning performance breaks down so far.
Assessment is performed by using a 15 minute workload window, following a good warm-up of course. There is no break time during the 15 minute assessment as the purpose is to measure muscle strength and endurance over the course of an entire bout.
Assessment 1 September 8th: baseline
Assessment 2 September 15th: 14.5% Increase in performance from baseline
Assessment 3 Septmber 22nd: 18.9% Increase in performance from previous assessment
So far that is a 33.4% increase in performance from his baseline.
During his assessment he has broken through to my 300 club. Great job Aaron!
His next and final assessment will be on September 29th.
Can he break the 40% improvement benchmark?

Great Job Aaron!!! You have shown complete dedication to conditioning for your up coming fight. Its great to see such a huge improvement from the start till now. I know you can break the 40% improvement benchmark Tom is setting for you. Keep up the great work. I know we are looking forward to watching you fight next week.
You definitely are heading down the right direction and I can’t imagine that your opponent is training as hard as you are. I know I’m not in very good shape but you schooled me last Sunday during the card work out. I’m looking forward to seeing you fight in October and watching all of your hard work pay off. KEEP IT UP!!!!!
Good Job Aaron. Keep up the awesome work. Looking forward to watching you fight!!!
