		<description>After reading this, Sifu Tom, I can more clearly understand why 500 reps per week of the same technique even at a slower pace is necessary and essential to my growth as a mixed martial artist.  That isn&#039;t to say that I was questioning the reasoning, but a better understanding of the why gives a person a great goal to strive for.  Thanks for the great info sir!</description>
