Combat MMA and Jeet Kune Do supplemental plyometric footwork workout for March 2010.

Dear Tom
Some of the plyometric exercises are not familiar to me. Such as The Pogo,
Prancing, Galloping and ankle flip. Could you please demonstrate the for me?
