With summer time upon us getting outdoors to is an excellent option and a way to bring new elements to your training both in striking and conditioning. So far this summer we have been doing some of our mma striking, Jeet Kune Do and HEAT fitness sessions at the local parks and lakes.
Personal training sessions are one of my favorite methods of working with athletes both in the HEAT performance program as well as in JKD and MMA striking. Amy is one of my private students and also one of my core HEAT members.
