5K Phase 2 Run Program

Here is an Intermediate level 6 Week Run Program I designed for a client that builds on the Phase 1 program. Like Phase 1, I have also had a number of other clients use this program as the cardiovascular portion of their strength training regime. This program is designed for a intermediate level runner. It’s also a great program to follow for a morning road work regime and/or a building block if you have completed Phase 1.
