What’s that thing on the top of the blog? It’s our new Workout Whiteboard! CF Whiteboard is an online workout tracking system that is integrated into the website. It attaches a mini whiteboard to each workout post, so athletes can add their entry after each workout. The system works just like the whiteboard at the gym, except it will allow you find your results again in the future.

This past weekend was the Plaza, North Dakota Self Defense seminar. First, let we start by saying thank you to the Plaza community for inviting me out to share in my passion. It was a great event and I truly enjoyed sharing with everyone present. From our team we had Coaches Amy Kelly, Dakota Brown, Master Paul Dyer (Dakota Dragon Defense, Fargo, ND) and my oldest son Dalton (10 years old). This was Dalton’s first Self Defense seminar and he was on top of getting gear and even helped with some ground grappling instructions to which everyone seemed to really enjoy. All the coaches did an excellent job of organizing and helping their groups and it would not have been a success without them.
