Completed Aaron’s 4th and final assessment today. I’m really impressed with his performance. Final performance increase from baseline at 57.2%. I have received some questions regarding the assessment clubs and how to become a member. Jeet Kune Do Sifu Mike Rutter Seminar!

Just wanted to send out a quick update letting you know of the seminar location. It will be held at Moore’s Shou Shu Studios at 101 main St. South, Minot ND 58701 starting at 9 am. I spoke with Sifu Rodger yesterday and he made the offer, please make sure to thank him.

Sifu Mike will be heading this way Friday morning with an expected ETA of around 2pm. Feel free to let me know if you want to stop by the house.

We are looking at having a cook out following the seminar at my home. If you plan to bring anything let me know.

Sponsored BJJ MMA Pro Aaron Fight Prep

Just wanted to give you a quick update on Aaron’s progress for the upcoming fight.

He completed his second assessment this last Tuesday September 8th and has shown a 13% increase in performance. This is a hugh improvement after only starting his pre-fight conditioning routine a week and two days prior. As you can tell he is definitely putting the work in. It will be interesting to see his improvements just prior to the October 3rd fight.

As a side note he also holds the new record for number of tire pulls in a 15 minute time period.

He is also closing approaching my 300 club.
