I kept equipment requirements minimal until we can determine what is available. If you need to substitute something feel free to do so. This is based on a 3 day a week Striking training schedule. We have 4 weeks left on the Deadlift strength cycle and will be kicking off the Man of Steel Strength Camp in May.
