THT Exercise of the Month is Medicine Ball Get-Ups. Alternatively you can used weight plate around 10 lbs. and up.
We have had a number of discussions in the gym lately surrounding bullies. When most people think of bullying or being bullied the picture that often comes to mind is taunting mobs or schoolyard fights. However it looks very different in the workplace and is far more common than many may realize. It’s an unfortunate situation no one should have to face, however more than 1/3 of people report they’ve been the target of bullies according to some studies.
Put this Strikers workout together for our Athletes headed to Guam for a 6 month rotation. Techniques listed should be changed to whatever you are currently working on developing. I kept equipment requirements minimal until we can determine what is available. If you need to substitute something feel free to do so. This is based on a 3 day a week Striking training schedule. We have 4 weeks left on the Deadlift strength cycle and will be kicking off the Man of Steel Strength Camp in May.
Regards of where your passions reside this is a great clip demonstrating that people often enjoy the highlight reels, but often give little thoughts to the hard work and dedication required to get somewhere.

Had a few questions on the DYI Dip Station design so I threw the below drawing and parts lists together. These are rough estimates on what I used so they may need to be adjusted slightly. Also I’d spend sometime figuring out the exact width that works for you based on your shoulder width.
