What exactly is HEAT?
Harvey Extreme Athletic Trainings (H.E.A.T.) is the specific training approach that Tom Harvey uses to prepare athletes for peak performance. HEAT combines exercise science, bio-energetic, kinesiology and the practical applications of functional training. HEAT will allow you to get in top shape for any sport.

Mixed Martial Arts is quickly becoming one of the most popular combative sports. Traditional myths, such as, long runs, and no resistance training still govern many fighters’ training philosophy. Tom Harvey now unleashes the most comprehensive and specific training program for Combat Athletes. As a Combat Athlete you must be firing on all cylinders. Unlike traditional training you have to develop ALL energy systems to be successful in the cage or ring. This program is targeted for the Combat Athlete or individuals looking to train like Competitive fighters. SO – if you are ready for “Next Generation Training” get ready to “Turn up the HEAT”.

HEAT- BootCamp
The HEAT Bootcamp is a 6 day a week training program designed to increase the average clients overall health and fitness. This bootcamp incorporates many of the same drills and exercises as our performance enhancement and athletic conditioning programs, just at the appropriate level. So whether your looking to loss weight, get in shape, or prepare for an upcoming even this program is for you.
Monday-Tuesday: 7:15pm
Thursday: 6:15pm
Friday: 7:15pm
Saturday-Sunday: Time varies

BJJ Class Schedule:

Women’s Self Defense Course
Women’s Self Defense courses are offer periodically throughout the year.
These are generally scheduled when a group of 3 or more have shown an interest.
This course is available as a weekend Seminar and can be held at other locations.

NESTA just came out with their new Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach Certification program and I’ll be focusing on completing that course.
