Remote Personal Training

Tom is proud to introduce the next level in fitness convenience; “Remote Personal Training.”
This new element will allow the client to obtain their fitness goals through the assistance
of a Master Fitness Trainer regardless of location. Programs can be sent to you in the following
ways .pdf, IPhone, IPod Touch or IPad. Using one of the Apple solutions requires the purchase
of the Fit Builder App for around $9.95. This does allow you the ability to send Tom your workout
with sets/reps and time intervals.

There are two different levels of commitment.
For those clients with a tighter budget we’re offering the level-1 Remote Personal Training. This is also a great option for those local clients looking to get in some extra training on their own.

This package includes the following:

Level 1 ($60.00/month) includes

  • (3) personalized workouts per month
  • Cardio prescription
  • Unlimited email correspondence

Level 2 ($149/month) includes

  • (3) personalized workouts per week
  • Cardio prescription
  • Unlimited email correspondence
