Contact us about the THT Fighting System Jeet Kune Do training. We have a small but dedicated group of martial athletes. We meet up to 3 days a week for training.
Small group & private Strength & Conditioning training available. These sessions are intense and highly effected. Great for Sports Performance Enhancement or simply to take your fitness to new levels.
Remote Personal Training
Each month Tom will send you a customized program and work with you on accomplishing your goal. This is a great way to get access to a real world Master Trainer at a fraction of the cost.
Corporate Wellness & Fitness
We would love to help you create a healthier workforce. This is not a simple discounted rate to a local gym. Tom will work directly with your employees to meet their specific needs.
Tom is also available to speak with your employees on such topics related to fitness and nutrition.
