In this workout we are targeting Skill Related Fitness (SRF) for the Mixed Martial Artist aka. MMA. This core workout is geared towards grappling from the back. The workout was completed at the end of the training session making it a finisher.
Most people typically complete Core workouts at the end of a training session. I advise that you also design your program so that Core gets rotated to the beginning on a regular basis. Another option is to dedicated training session to Core development.

Completed Aaron’s 4th and final assessment today. I’m really impressed with his performance. Final performance increase from baseline at 57.2%. I have received some questions regarding the assessment clubs and how to become a member.
