Basic Hook Kick & Shin Tag Drill

In this clip we are covering the basics of the hook kick. The drill being used is known as Shin Tags.

The idea behind the Shin Tag drill is that when on defense you only move the distance required to avoid being hit. When on the offense you need to eliminate as much telegraphic movement as possible so that your partner can not react in time.
