You often here the statement that performance is 90%, 95%, or even 99% mental. It would only make sense that more focus should be placed into our mental game. A number of years ago I went through a course on Sports Hypnosis taught by Dr. Topher Morrison. There was a lot of value I found in this training that I was able to implement in my personal as well as my athletes and fitness clients progress towards attaining goals, performance enhancements, assertiveness, enthusiasm and self confidence.
